➜ How do I place an order?
You can buy ready-made designs/motifs in our online shop . You can get an overview of all immediately available neon lamps using the search field or the categories. Alternatively, you can use our configurator to create your own individual neon lamp. Would you like to have your own design/logo created as a neon lamp? Simply send us a direct request using our request form. You can also reach us via the following channels: telephone, email, Instagram or via the chat function. We look forward to hearing from you!
➜ Can I cancel or change my order?
If you place an order incorrectly or want to make other changes, we will of course always be happy to help you with a solution. Please remember to let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancelations. Each neon lamp is produced individually and must be changed or cancelled in good time.
➜ What does BeMyNeon stand for?
We stand for emotions . All our products are designed and produced by hand! We only work with high-quality components in order to offer optimal quality!
➜ What is included in delivery?
All BeMyNeon LED products are supplied with a 12 V power supply! Each motif ordered contains a dimmer to regulate the light brightness of the motif as desired. We also supply spacers, screws and washers for attaching to walls. A 200 cm transparent cable connects the power supply to the LED motif. Further information: Scope of delivery
➜ How long does delivery take at BeMyNeon ?
Production including shipping currently takes between 12 and 16 working days . We will cover the full shipping costs for insured delivery to Germany & Austria!
➜ What is the delivery time?
Every customer order is planned and implemented individually. Using the latest technology, the transparent acrylic glass plate is milled out and the LED neons are then assembled by hand! Before delivery, each motif undergoes a final quality control before the order is sent to our customer.
➜ How to install LED neon motifs?
Our signs come to your home ready to hang. Thanks to the pre-drilled holes and the spacers and wall mounts provided, any motif can be attached to the wall quickly and easily in just a few minutes. More information: Assembly & Installation
➜ Do I have a guarantee on the neon lamps?
We offer a 24-month manufacturer's guarantee . Please note that our indoor neon lights are only intended for indoor use! The "Outdoor" option is suitable for temporary outdoor use. The neon lamps can be exposed to the weather (sun, rain, snow, etc.).
